Quiet Zones - The Federal government has regulations that allow for the ceasing the sounding of train horns within a "Quiet Zone". Our consultant has just retired from the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) as a Grade Crossing Safety Inspector. With his expertise, we will assist your City with a feasibility study, assist with the Notice of Intent (NOI), the Notice of Establishment (NOE) and provide positive information for public meetings about Quiet Zones.

Railway Safety - Our consultant has 21  years of railroad experience and is a Master Trainer. He was a manager that oversaw safety, railway operations, testing and training, and was a locomotive engineer. He has just retired from the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) as a Hazardous Materials Safety Inspector and is qualified in the 49 CFR Hazardous Materials requirements.

Mission statements – We are dedicated to preventing railway incidents through the creation of Quiet Zones, educating employees that work around railway equipment, and keeping the public safe at railroad crossings.

Executive profiles – Kit Huntley is our CEO and President. She has over 20 years of railroad familiarization. Kit has been involved directly with railway safety through Operation Lifesaver and other railroad activities. As a leader, she has experience in the legal field, railroad field and years of accounting experience. 

Consultant profile - David Huntley is a retired military veteran, has over 21 years of railroad experience and has recently retired from the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). As a Safety Inspector, David is certified in Hazardous Materials, Grade Crossing and is a Master Trainer.
